Marketing & Communications Manager

Initiative Switzerland supports selected projects and implements the foundation’s own initiatives. For this, we are looking for a creative, action-oriented individual with drive, a big-picture perspective, and a hands-on mentality.

You will develop communication and marketing concepts and implement them directly—both for supported projects and for Initiative Switzerland itself. You think communicatively, visually, and digitally. You work independently, bring structure to ideas, and enjoy implementing things pragmatically while maintaining high quality standards.

• Developing and implementing communication and marketing concepts
• Planning and executing digital campaigns and content
• Creating content for the website, social media, newsletters, and other formats, followed by analysis, optimization, and further development
• Design and further development of visual communication materials
• Communication support for projects
• Assistance with event organization, particularly the Prix Suisse
• Coordination of external partners

• Several years of solid experience in marketing, communications, or content
• A passion for conceptual work and operational implementation
• A flair for graphics, design, and strong visual presentations
• An interest in events and their communicative presentation
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent language Skills in German; French, Italian, and/or English are a plus
